The last two loaves I purchased were soggy in all the slices. Until these loaves I liked your bread. But not going to buy it now. I would like a response.

Pastries, soup, salad.. delicious and fresh. I love that their pastries are fresh and soft to the bite and not stale and hard. As their sandwiches are also very fresh.
