We had the port for my daughter's iPad replaced previously and they did wonderfully. Took it in for the screen to be replaced, it charged fine , turned on and everything. My daughter even played games on it before it went in and we made sure it was 100 percent charged. Well when they did the screen it wouldn't turn on all of a sudden they blamed the port , battery and motherboard. Saying it had issues previously so not their fault. It worked perfectly before they replaced the screen. Do not use them, they broke a expensive iPad pro and will not accept fault. Debating if we need to take legal action as we have proof it worked before hand.

I wish I had I asked the name of the woman that helped me, sorry I should pay attention. My Google 7 Pro had a broken glass cover over one of the camera's. We discussed options and I took the low (less expensive) road. The repair was fast and the tech was charming and helpful. This is my new repair store and a great experience!

I had an old Zio phone that I wanted to replace motherboards with another one, so I could be able to see very old sentimental messages (phone wasn't turning on) They said the motherboards can be switched no problem and the phone was ready by the end of the day. I came to pick up the phone paid $43.80 in cash and I tried to turned on the phone (I was doing all this in the store in front of the employee) and the phone screen wasn't turning on but the physical buttons were lighting up and the phone was vibrating as if it was on but the screen was black. I was told that I could either get a full refund or they can take a look at it next day first thing in the morning for it to be looked at, they couldn't figure out the problem so was told again I'd get a refund. Picked up the phone today and was told I'd only be getting half the money back that's beyond unprofessional when the phone wasn't working so now I'm left with 2 phones that don't work along with only getting half of a refund ($21.90). This place will rob you of money I recommend trying other phone repair places please save your hard earned money for places that will do the job right and if they can't fix it to do the right thing and give a full refund.
