        If you need to bring a computer in for a recall, you might have to take multiple trips. If you live close by, that shouldn't be an issue. But if you live 2 hours away, and you have to bring it in for a $50 diagnostic, and then bring a second time later once the part comes in, be ready to take it in right away. OTHERWISE the store leader Tyler will threaten to return your part if you don't get it fixed right away. Spencer and the other staff are generally kind.

        Absolutely amazing service. The keys to my MacBook Pro were sticking and they informed me Apple knew about the problem and was fixing it for free. They got me registered, ordered the part and put it in and my 4 year old computer is like new. Super friendly and super knowledgeable. I'll be shopping there more and can't recommend them enough.
