They let our air conditioning stay out for the whole summer because they were "Waiting for parts to arrive from overseas". Apt was falling apart when we moved in and they just had the audacity to raise rent to 1000. Pool was only open for one month out of the whole year last summer and they do rent payments by check or money order like it's the 90s. Water heater sprung a leak at one point in the morning on a weekday and it took hours for them to arrive. Windows and doors do not seal at all. We thought renting from a less corporate apt complex would be more personal, but instead it's just less professional with zero oversight. You're smart for reading this whole review. Continue to be smart and RENT ELSEWHERE.
