Very bad customer service. Was yelled at and hung up on and then told I was the one being hateful, I had messaged the owner to try and resolve an issue over a $120 gift certificate I got my son for Christmas, but was of course blocked lol don't waste your money!
The response below is so far from what happened, of course she has to try and make things look good on her part. She did not hear the conversation on the phone today, nor did she even ask or want to see what I the customer had to say. Maybe if her calls are recorded she could post the call!! The ONLY harassing and bullying have been from this place!! The level of maturity is definitely being seen . I have nothing else to say to this crazy. Just beware!!!!!

Had my first ever massage here. Jennifer is amazing! She makes you feel very relaxed and doesn't rush. I highly recommend.
