Brooke is a true professional! Her personal training is both motivating and effective. Brooke is very patient and genuinely wants to help you reach your goal. It is a premium service that will give you results! Her massage services are great as well. She can do a more relaxing service or focus on your problem areas. Shes helped me a lot with my upper back and neck. She also has an infrared sauna which is pretty neat!! Overall Im really happy I found her! 10/10 recommend ANY of her services!

My massage by Brooke was amazing! She asked me questions about where my trouble spots are before she begins. Brooke has helped me with my sciatica pain and pinched nerves. I give her massage a score of !!!!

Brooke is an amazing trainer. She assesses what your body and mind can do and starts there. Very motivational. Makes you desire to get stronger. Ive been training with Brooke for 7 years . Im very pleased with my results. Healthier, stronger. Really enjoy her massages

Shes the best and very fun to talk to! Super responsive and flexible when it comes to scheduling a massage. Shes well versed in different massage therapies such as scraping, cupping, and deep tissue. Her space is also very clean and zen.
