I would give this hotel 0 stars if it would let me. The hotel was in a rough area. There was a canoe outside my room that looked like someone lived in it. The lock on our room door did not work. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Cigarette burns in the bedding even though it was a non smoking room. It was dirty. Decided to stay for the night since we had already paid. Before 6:30am we woke up to the SWAT team and FBI pounding on doors. We got told we could leave the building by the cops. Cops were surrounding the whole building and there were 20+ in the hallway. We werent sure what kind of criminal was in the room next to ours but we sure didnt feel safe. We had to exit through a door that was shattered. Tried calling to ask for a refund since we got evacuated by the cops. They told us multiple times to call back when the manager was working. Still hoping for a refund since we had to leave.
