We only stayed one night, but I was impressed. The large windows and bright colors really helped light up the room. No carpet! I loved that!! Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our favorite hotel so far. The breakfast was good, the in room amenities were all there and properly filled. Some of this beans are cheating out by offering sub par breakfast and no lotion in the bathroom. This Little Rock hotel was comfortable, friendly an all of your needs were met. I highly recommend it.

Rooms: We had a double queen room on the second floor. Stayed here to go to a concert with my mom and sister. The room was very tasteful and I loved that they had hooks on the wall instead of a dresser. As someone who travels with backpacks, that was a huge plus! The shower was incredible, great water pressure and hot water that didn't quit after 20 minutes! The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of options, from pastries and cereals to yogurts and fruit, as well as a waffle station w complete with toppings. Coffee was fresh, and never ran out even when the seating area was packed. Staff was understanding and helpful when I asked for help after my sister spilled some syrup. Excellent place to stay for a day or much longer. Safety: The exterior door to the smoking area locked automatically and required a key card for re-entry. To use the WiFi you have to have the last name of the room's name holder and the room number you're staying in. I appreciated that it wasn't just free access for anyone within range. I believe I saw cameras monitoring the parking lot, but I know they were in the hallways and common areas and that made me feel safer traveling with my family.

I travel regularly and this is by far the nicest 3 star I've been in; it should be a 4 star. Friendly Staff, Nice Lobby, Beautiful Clean Rooms & Showers as well. Can't wait until breakfast in the morning, I'm Very Impressed!!

Booked through Priceline and the hotel claims they didnt get the payment from Priceline, so they charged me double for the same room. So I was charged $167 on Priceline, and then when I got here I was charged $186 on my credit card I thought was for incidentals. I got the one bedroom suite and the room smells like chlorine so bad its hard to sit in here. My son is sleeping on the foldout and they have no pillows. Went to front desk to get one and they claim they have none either. Worst hotel experience Ive had in a while and we have only been here a few hours. Wont stay here again!
