I love love LOVE this gym! All the trainers there are wonderful! But I have to say, I have a the best trainer ever! She listens to my physical needs and desires, planning workouts accordingly. She works with any physical ailments I may have going on and recommends other exercises or stretches to achieve the movements to target particular muscles. She is well versed, intuitive and informative.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to comment on 10 Fitness NLR. When I started, Chloe was my trainer. I am old and terribly out of shape. Chloe established a routine for me that was a little overly ambitious for my level of fitness. Upon my request, she dialed it back quite a bit which encouraged me to keep coming to the gym. We gradually added to the routine and I became more fit with each trip. Chloe was promoted to management, rightfully so, and I had been impressed by the work ethic of another trainer. I asked Steven if he would start working with me and I have to say, he is wonderful. I now look forward to our training sessions and consider him a friend. We spend most of our time taking about issues other than training and the time passes so quickly. The gym has always been so clean and spacious and all of the other employees are friendly. A special shout-out to Miss Margaret who was greeting me by name before I knew hers.
