Great customer service! Super friendly, very honest, and very, very helpful. Jeremy made it so much eaier for my wife who was quickly becoming overwhelmed looking for flooring online with so many options these days. Jeremy and Keith were both very open and communicated thoroughly to us all we need to know about our flooring purchase. They are most definitely very knowledgeable about the products they carry. We got a downright AMAZING price on our new 12mm Kronoswiss laminate flooring WITH 3mm underlayment INCLUDED! The wife is very happy now that she has a floor since we had a surprise water heater burst at the same time of the pandemic shelter-in-place onset, and we have been stuck for many months with having most all of our home floor ripped out and that's where things just went at a standstill. So, a huge Thank You" to Jeremy & Keith from both of us and for being so kind when accommodating us in a huge hurry that day! Overall, it was a super great experience, and we highly recommend checking out their amazing prices on the many beautiful flooring options they have to offer.
