      image Great customer service! (Particularly as compared with Carpet Barn who took days to a couple of weeks to return a call/email until I told them to forget it!) Although there was an install delay, it was a shipment issue and not an Akels issue. Best of all, the result exceeded expectations: truly plush-feeling carpet/padding after great installation. Would not hesitate to go with Akels again.
