While Knox Orthopedics has some great Dr's its a shame that you have to deal with such a inefficient staff to actually get in to see them . They are terrible about returning calls and forwarding referrals. I've had nothing but trouble with them . Surely there are better people out there looking for jobs that would do a much better job . Very disappointed !

My special needs son broke his wrist and needed a cast Dr. Rauls and his staff were absolutely amazing! They were so quick, kind and compassionate. Couldn't be more thankful to have been sent to them.

Highly recommend Dr. Rauls. Very professional and excellent staff. Has done a knee surgery and two shoulder surgery on me with excellent results and has always taken very good care of me after my surgeries. Very informative about the procedures and options. Probably the best doctor I've ever dealt with.
