I have been trying to get ahold of someone to talk about a refrigerator that I had already paid the first payment of $10 to. In regards to setting up a delivery date but everytime I get ahold of someone they tell me their computer is down or they will call me back and I have not heard anything. I placed the order on February 27th, I called to set a delivery date and the guy I spoke to told me he couldnt track the fridge. I mentioned to him that I wasnt paying for a fridge if I didnt have it, because I continued to get notifications saying my payment was late or past due on the item. He told me he was going to speak to his district manager about having it pushed off until I got the fridge. Here we are March 13th still havent heard from anyone about where my fridge is and I got a text telling me my agreement with them has expired. I have a couch with them and they were amazing with helping me get that so I assumed I would have just as good luck the second time around but I believe I will not be going the rent a center again.

Got my first buy from rent a center paid off this month.
And I will be buying more things though them.
