        PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! RENT A CENTER ON CARAWAY ROAD JONESBORO ARKANSAS HAS BED BUGS!! If I could give a 0 thats what it would have been. Someone close bought a bedroom set. This bedroom set was infested with BEDBUGS!!! The situation went on for a year trying to argue with them and having to get a professional out there. Even they said the source came from the bedroom set! The 1800 number under these reviews are useless. They never call you back just like the store. You have to keep calling and calling for them to tell you lies. The regional manager was supposed to call them months ago and never did!! Nobody wants to trust a rental company that doesnt inspect the furniture they receive properly!! Whats the point of insurance. Oh yea the reason for the denial of claim is because they said it took 2 months to report!! Well if Im not physically sleeping on the bed and Im steady calling without calls being returned back, whose fault is that? I see where the local company gets it from because the customer service number does the same exact thing!!
