I used to love the service from this supplier but since its gone to strictly call center, I hate it. I want to speak directly with my local providers not some dimwit that asks all the same questions no matter you call about and not even listen to what the answers are. Im going to look into a new provider that I can speak to local folks. Truly a mistake not being able to have a choice in speaking with local office.

I didn't request a check of my propane, but your rep did and as I expected I didn't need a fill up. My tank was 2/3 full, but I paid a hundred or so dollars for an unsolicited check and not one drop of propane. Next time please check before you come to my house.

Amerigas had a summer promotion at $1.82 a gallon and I wanted to top off. Booked online and they arrived in 3 days. Michael was our delivery driver and he was simply outstanding. This is the way to run a business!!!

9 days of confusion and mixed messages. I closed my account. Only company Ive ever seen so many one star reviews for. Great to have a near monopoly company I guess.
