Now I've heard it all, I called and asked CAW to come check my waterline again since my Feb. bill was 2 1/2 times my usual levelized billing and sure enough I saw the tech check it Monday of this week and I went right behind him and meter was not moving since I had no water running at the time and he was right no leak but when I called the lady at CS told me it was because we dripped our faucets for like two weeks during the freeze as well as saying it was a 44 day cycle as opposed to their usual 29 day cycle. I find it very hard to believe that dripping 4 faucets we used 2 1/2 times our usual usage. Not to mention what a trick it is actually getting to a person through phone options! Of course we know they don't care because who else are you going to get your water from!! I've had summer months where I have run the sprinkler system all night long and for several days in the cycle and not even come close to this usage. Funny you pull a 44 day cycle when you know its a drip period:-0

This company doesnt even deserve the 1 star I gave them. We were supposed to have water turned on today. No one came to do it. Now we still do not have any water. No one answers the after-hours line either.

I have had a couple of issues in the past 6 months with my water service (most recently last month) mainly involving my meter. Kudos to CAW and its employees that I dealt with from office staff, service technicians, and work crew alike. Everyone (without exception) that I encountered was helpful, courteous, and eager to get the issues resolved and DID get them resolved. A special shout out to Dillon #883 (the last service person I saw) who tested my water pressure and answered all my questions regarding my meter. He was very helpful, professional and PATIENT. Thank you CAW!

Incompetence by definition. There are a few representatives who are sweet as they can be, but widely they are belittling, rude, and you have to ask multiple times for one answer. We were promised on two separate occasions that a tech would come out same day, and now they are closed, nobody has assisted us, and we were on hold so long for the emergency department it went to voicemail. If there were another company aside from CARK in my area, I would choose them.

They stopped by this morning and knocked on our door to remove our meter, we let them know we had until the 1st to pay our bill and called to confirm and the guy said it was a mistake and left. Anyways, I just wake up because I work nights and have to get ready for work and our water is off. They removed the whole meter. Its going on almost two hours and I have to be at work in one hour and have not been able to shower or get ready and I work for tips bartending at a busy establishment. This is unacceptable and they have no sense of urgency to get our water back on due to their incompetence. They are costing me money and potentially getting me in trouble at work.
