Overall the room was mediocre with dirty floors and that thin toilet paper (Not surprised) The lady at the front desk was very rude and sarcastic. Was trying to get rooms across from each other on the app because the lady wouldn't help. what didn't help is that the lady just gave a room that was across the room we already booked.

In town for business. Figured this would be a good place to stay due to its central location. From the outside, looks great and so did the lobby. My room, however? Read below. The appearance of the room was shocking. The paint was peeling on the ceiling over the bed, a not so great thing to be staring up at when trying to get to sleep. And the carpet was disgusting. I'm unsure of what was dumped there and tried not to think about what caused the stains as I steered clear of them. They need to spend money, rip up the carpet and replace it. The dresser had big cracks in its base. Not the end of the world and honestly, I'm generally not petty enough to let something like that bother me but, with the condition of the room, this was just another eyesore. And they need to purchase a better lamp for the desk in the room. If it's a vacation stay, probably wouldn't be a big deal, but I was in town for work and needed it for well, you know, doing my job. Was the crappiest lamp I've ever seen. What bit of lighting it had, pointed straight up, and trying to bend it to point down to the desk top was no help at all. Just a big cone of glare. Employees: most of them were helpful, check in staff weren't the friendliest but, they got the job done. Supposed to get a couple of free bottles of water but those were never offered. Yes, just water but when you've been traveling all day, it's nice to have a free bottle as you get settled in. Early morning there was some sort of equipment running VERY loudly outside near the pool area. I have no idea what this was, part of the HVAC system? The culprit looked almost like a huge trash dumpster. Wish I had taken a photo of it but I couldn't stop to do so. My car was parked in the deck near it and the noise was so loud it vibrated through the ground and beat the hell out of my ears. It was THAT loud. Yeah, that made for a lovely time in the room when I was trying to type notes for my job. Positives: Parking was reasonable and easy to access. Breakfast was okay, just the normal foods they normally serve but they, it's free and gets something warm in your belly. Breakfast staff were friendly. Safety: Traveling alone, safety is a top concern of mine. I felt very safe staying here. A room card is required to access the back doors that lead to the parking area, the elevators and even to enter the parking area from the street. The safety latch in my room could use some adjusting as it felt a little bent and was hard to move.
