Rebeca,Thank you for your comment regarding our clean and comfortable rooms. We work very hard to make sure our guests are comfortable.Regarding the rude receptionist; I have reviewed security footage and I was also the one he called when you were at the desk. The receptionist was simply following corporate policy when he told you he can not allow any name changes on your third-party reservation. This is why we encourage guests to reserve directly with the hotel to make the reservation much more flexible. Your reservation was sent to us through FastPayHotels.com (a third-party travel agency). The name on this reservation was "Rebeca Waxler." It is their policy, which in turn makes it our policy, to allow NO name changes and allow no one else to check-in under that reservation other than Rebeca Waxler herself. There are zero exceptions to this policy. It is unfortunate that employees often get blamed and called rude for simply following the policy set forth for them. If they are told they can't do something--then they simply can not do it.I hope you will consider staying with us again as you said you enjoyed the room and hotel.Thank you,Rahul Patel

Dear Sir,I apologize for our policies causing you to cancel your reservation with us. Unfortunately, we take credit/debit card security extremely seriously due to increased fraudulent activities throughout the world. I will be the first to admit most hotels are not as strict as we are--but they should be. Our merchant/processors require us to match the state-issued ID with the name on the card. If this does not match; the cardholder can dispute the charge and they will win the dispute 100% of the time. This is too much liability for us.For example, if someone that stole your wallet walked in with your company's card, they would be able to use it if we did not check so thoroughly. Your company would have to go through the headache of a dispute and new cards. In this case, we are left with nothing as we will lose the dispute and not get paid. Therefore, we had to make the decision that it is better to make sure everything matches up or we can't accept it. We will gladly accept corporate cards as long as the proper authorization form is submitted to us prior to check-in.I hope you understand this from our point of view as you may start seeing this same policy more and more in the coming years since hotels are dealing with so many chargebacks.Thank youManagement
