Sure would be nice to know who you are and what we did for you to earn such a low rating seeing this is something we take very serious....I see that you have edited your post to actually make a statement so I can now try to address it. You say that our pricing was ridiculous as you put it for a amplifier and speaker installation and that you found it at another shop for half price, well sir that is just fine with us because as I've stated before, we don't concern ourselves with what some other place charges for their work and time. We focus on providing our clients with the best possible service and skills to our ability. It never ceases to amaze me how some will try to tell us what is and isn't "basic stuff" and what we should be charging for our work, maybe I should come ask you to work for less an hour at your place of employment because there is another guy that's willing to do it for less. How would you feel in this situation knowing that you go to the latest trainings every year to keep your skills above average. You would feel insulted, there is a reason that nearly every shop in town including the "big box stores" sends "US" the jobs and vehicles that they are incapable of doing, the highline cars and trucks, the custom work and the troubleshooting jobs that they can't do. It's because we have the skillset and equipment to get it done correctly and make it look as though it belongs there. We don't screw amplifiers to speaker boxes and send it out the door, so if that is the level of work you are looking for you won't find that here because we have greatly "stepped our game up" as the saying goes and our clients really appreciate what we've been able to offer them over the last 11+ yrs since we've been making improvements to our abilities and services. As you stated in your last paragraph about not being able to speak on our workmanship, maybe give us a try or check out some of our work before you decide that our rates are too high.
