Went to get tool for clutch fan removal. Gave me tool, looked wrong I questioned it explained exactly what it was for to the mm. They said it'll work. But it is total wrong tool

Last week I had one of the BEST experiences of customer service I've EVER had in my life! And it was all thanks to Jesus using a man by the name of James Ede AKA "Big Jimmy" at store 861 in Little Rock, Arkansas. This man is TRULY the light of this place. I could not explain the amount of love that I received from this man other than that God Almighty Himself was using this man. I can't speak for everyone else, but for Jimmy, all I can say is may God continue to bless that man. It all started when me and my wife broke down at the Walmart in the area. Keep in mind that we're from Alabama and we've NEVER been to Arkansas neither did we have family in the area. We were just passing through and unfortunately we broke down do to a ruptured coolant hose that you see in the picture. I didnt have much money at the time. All I had was about $8 and faith in Jesus Christ, which was more than enough. I called the nearest auto parts store, which was Jimmys store, to see if they had a replacement hose and they didnt. I then asked if we could figure something out and explained to him my situation. He then says to me that if I could get the ripped hose off that he would make arrangements to have me picked up from Walmart. He comes to pick me up and IMMEDIATELY starts looking into an alternative. We come back to my vehicle and he STAYS WITH ME to figure out whats going on. We leave my vehicle again and go to the OReillys again to get a better alternative and he brings me back to my vehicle in hopes of helping with the solution to my problem. We finally figured it out and I told him I could take it from there. As Im putting on the new hose he CALLS AND CHECKS ON ME LOL this man is an angel from God Himself. And Im not done yet. After fully putting on the hose, I then proceeded to put more coolant in the vehicle and just take a WILD guess who pulled up next to my vehicle right before I was going to do so? You guessed it, James Big Jimmy Ede. His customer service is exceptional and the epitome of great customer service. I told him that hes truly a servant of Christ. Even Jesus said they will know that you are my disciples by how you love one another and James demonstrated this perfectly that day. I didnt even pour the coolant in my own vehicle, Jimmy did 95% of the work. Ive been in similar situations like this in the past were I had car trouble and needed a ride and I asked other auto parts stores like AutoZone and AdvancedAuto but they wouldnt give me a ride at all but not with Jimmy, He TRULY went out of his way to make sure me and my wife got home safely. I didnt even have enough money but he took care of everything. He was even willing to drive to ANOTHER STORE just to get what I needed. This man TRULY needs a raise, and if anyone was to be the face of OReillys Auto Parts, it DEFINITELY HANDS DOWN WITHOUT A DOUBT be James Big Jimmy Ede. I wish there was more people like James in the world. This man needs to have a corporate position so that he can teach other workers how to treat customers the way he treated me. A RED CARPET is not even the words for how Jimmy treated me and made me feel. He treated me like a king when hes the real king of that store. This review is long but its STILL not enough words to express how Jimmys actions affected me and my wifes life. This showed me that its still good people in this world and showed me the importance of an auto parts employee. If I could give 10 stars I would. OReillys PLEASE give this man a raise and a higher position in Jesus name.

Great service with a knowledgeable and helpful person at the desk. I was just passing through and had to get my ex wife's Kia running right and they were helpful with great prices
