Shout out to johnnie in service as well as he went above and beyond. One of our better experiences buying a car and they made sure we were happy with our purchase and took care of us even after they made the sell. Great job!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sold my boyfriend a lemon, knowing the transmission was bad. Thats a $5,000 fix, by the way. When he went to test drive the car, they wouldnt allow him to take it to a mechanic. RED FLAG! Then they charged $100 over the agreed price for paperwork because they knew he was an inexperienced buyer. As soon as he drove it off the lot, it started having problems. When he got to a hill, the car couldnt make it and he had to leave it in the street to get towed. After the mechanic reported (amongst other problems) a bad transmission that had evidence of having been looked at by another mechanic already, Brooks refused to take the car back or come to any kind of compromise. To see that so many others have experienced this from the same place makes me sick. I dont know how Brooks can live with himself, knowing hes screwing people over every day.
