The workers are very nice. But the boss/manager comes off very disrespectful. For instance, he completely deviated from the plan in writing without even giving us a warning or heads up. The plan was to replace the tile, but instead he just used the grout to hold the existing tiles and the job was very poorly done. He would also send some of his guys over to your house without a warning. And the guys would be looking lost or saying they don't know what the boss wants them to do. It would have been nice for heads up especially if you have kids/pets. We don't know why he did all of that. But we sincerely hope he learns to treat all of his clients fairly and respectful.

They did a little work around the house I just purchased. Repaired the flashing around my chimney. Next time it rained, water was running down chimney into house. Called and emailed Rush to get them to come fix since they repaired it already. No one called me back ever. Had to call roofing company to come out and get it fixed correctly. Still never heard back from Rush

I had my 30 year old bathroom completely redone except for the bathtub, and the work provided by this company is amazing. They are more affordable than most because they let you choose your own materials such as flooring, tiling, vanity/sink, wall lights, toilet, etc. (As opposed to them choosing it all for you). Scott Rackley is the manager of the company who oversees every detail of the remodel--and he is full of ideas of what will look good according to your taste. His quote was almost exactly what the final price was, his team showed up on time, and the job was finished in the time stated. As unexpected little problems arose during the remodel (if you've ever remodeled, you know this is inevitable), Scott quickly found a work-around or solution. Definitely recommend this company and will be using again! Included in the pictures are before (with shower curtain and ugly wallpaper) and after (with subway tile and porcelain tile flooring)
