First National Bank

My friend arrived at this bank this morning. I was on the phone line just like any other morning . Banked opened, bank manager Michelle greeted her at the drive through window. My friend asked for a deposit slip. No problem at this moment. As soon as my friend gave her the deposit. Thats when the attitude started. So she basically asked her where did you get these checks from and how did you get them. I know that this was going to be a problem. I started to record when she came back to the window. Remind you my friend work down the street from this bank and has had a bank account there for years. She refuse to let her deposit her checks with her name from the government in her bank account. My friend had to literally go and be asked questions. At this point we know it racial profiling or banking while black. After taking her through so many loops & turns. My friend asked for the policy the bank manager kept referring to. She was told that she couldnt let her see the policy. This is unacceptable! We will making contact with someone overhead. My advise find another bank.

Everyone was very helpful and respectful. Especially, Michelle.MY FAVORITE BANK THAT I HAVE EVER HELD AN ACCOUNT WITH🤗❤️THEY TRULY ARE THE BEST!! HANDS DOWN!! THEYRE ALWAYS SO WELCOMING AND SO HELPFUL AND I LOVE BEING A PART OF AN BANK THAT I CAN ENTRUST IN ESPECIALLY WITH THE PEOPLE AND MY MONEY

I was with one banc for over 20 years. I was upset when they were bought by First National bank. I worried that I would not get the same level of service that I was accustomed to. I have been very pleased with the service. The same employees greet me by name. So far, so good!

Friendly and efficient. They treat you the way you want to be treated. It is always a joy to go there. Everyone is eggar to help
