This bank has the most inefficient, disorganized customer service of any financial institution I have ever dealt with. Their 844 toll-free customer service line puts you in a queue with a 15 to 20-minute wait, and it might have been much longer, but both times I tried, I gave up and disconnected. Calling directly with the 501 area code got me through, but no one seems to be able to look at an individual's account and review internal notes to help with issues. They must assign one individual to your account to handle the matter. Each of the two times I got through to someone, I was put on hold to get me to this specific individual. Ultimately, the matter could not be resolved in what I thought was a timely fashion... 10 days plus they told me they would need 2 to 3 more business days, so I gave up and told them to cancel my application. Other financial institutions can fund a CD on the same day as the application via bank transfer.

I was hopeful this would be a good local bank to do business with, I was wrong. I needed a replacement card and the Taylor Loop branch couldnt reprint due to their machine being down, so I went to the headquarters down the street to have a new one printed there. Sadly, the associate that dealt with me didnt know how to reprint a card and said I needed to wait for another associate. After waiting for half an hour I gave up and left and ordered the replacement card over the phone which I was advised took 7-10 business days. Fast forward two weeks and the monthly charge for my account overdrafted my account resulting in a fee of $35 for my convenience. Called customer service and was advised they cant do anything over the phone and that I would need to go to a physical branch, which is hardly convenient as I actually have a job to go to and the opening hours are M-F 9-5. The branch manager at the Taylor Loop location didnt want to reverse the charge and wouldnt entertain any discussion, so I just closed my account instead. This bank paid me $500 to open the account and then lost me in the space of a month from poor customer service and $35 - very odd practices from a company struggling to get customers.

Family friendly, restrooms were also immaculate, they gave us full size candy bars (name brand), and Mr. Richardson was hugging everyone. Very great place. Will return.

Look no further. Best bank ever. This bank understands the importance of a foundation that relies on establishing and building strong relationships as people matter most. Highly recommended.
