        I can't say enough good things about this branch, the people working there & Mr. Christopher Vanwinkle ! I was ready to close my Simmons account completely until I went yesterday & talked to Mr. Vanwinkle about a few things including a fraudulent charge on my card by an ENTERGY EMPLOYEE !!! I wasn't expecting to see any money back from that fraudulent charge for 6 months if I ever seen that money again at all, but by the time I got home the money was already back in my account & Mr. Vanwinkle fixed my account so it absolutely can not be overdrawn for any reason. Something the branch on Arch Street told me but lied to my face about it at least 6 times & then over drafted my account anyway ! Mr. Vanwinkle fixed it all & did it in kind. I will remain a Simmons customer only because of how I was treated at his branch
