After reading these reviews I now understand why I feel how I do about this branch, I430 and chenal are great, the lady with the short grey hair always takes extra caution with my checks if u know what I mean I have never seen so much verification on a check with a regular customer convenience only brings me to this branch

I’ve been a customer of First Security Bank for a long time. I bank here because my employer does. I’ve always been treated nicely, until today. Last week, I made a mobile banking deposit, well, I THOUGHT I did. When I checked my account today, I sadly discovered that my deposit had never gone through. The teller, who happened to also be the branch manager told me it was because I didn’t endorse my check correctly. I ended up bouncing several checks. She showed no compassion and said there would be no refund, that it was my fault. I guess I learned my lesson. Take your checks to the bank for deposit. I lost more money in fees than the face of that check. I’ll be switching banks. Bank of the Ozarks was nice today. 😉
