ATM is always out of service. The hwy 10 is no better

I am a very happy customer. As soon as I walked into the Cypress Center Branch, a gentlemen greeted me by asking how he could help. I was there for about an hour asking many questions about account options and several employees assisted me with everything I needed. I want to highly commend Daniel and Deondra for explaining the options in detail and helping me set up a new account and I also want to commend Beth who stepped in to answer additional questions. All three employees were extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend the Cypress Center Branch and its employees. Kudos to them for being customer-centered and courteous!

I've banked with Regions and its predecessor for 26 years. Today, we went to the Rodney Parham branch. We arrived at 4:01 pm. The doors were locked, so we knocked. Someone opened the door while exiting, and he let us know that the bank closed at 4 pm. We let him know we took time out of our work day specifically to visit this branch. He said that they close at 4 like all other banks do on Monday, and we will have to come back tomorrow. It did not help that he was rude and snippy about it, and it turns out that he is the branch manager. Afterwards, I checked on 7 banks with branches in Little Rock, Arkansas including Regions. One closed at 430, six close at 500, and Regions was the only one to close at 4 pm. So, the Regions employee was inaccurate in his claim. Hours like this might be convenient for the bankers at Regions, but not for their customers. I can recall a few other times that I've had bad experiences at Regions Bank. I know of others that have had very poor experiences at Regions Bank, so it does not appear to be an isolated issue. Customer service is a real challenge for Regions Bank. None of us have to bank with Regions, and it doesn't seem like they really care.
