I cannot find a local number to call regions for help. Every call to their 1-800 number gets dropped after a long phone tree. Incredibly unhelpful.

Devin Henson, a VP at this branch, communicated poorly with me or misunderstood me regarding a banking problem. I asked an employee at this branch that I not have to deal with Devin in the future. The employee told me that I wouldn't have to, but a few minutes later I received a call telling me that my account had been closed.

I use this bank every day for our daily deposits & I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The service at this branch on the corner of Bowman Rd & Markham is always first rate. Kim is a very good teller & takes great care of our needs.
