Recovery Dynamics has played a pivotal role in my early and continued recovery. I was introduced to the works of Joe McQ in my first month of sobriety through the focused big book study meeting and the step meeting. My sponsor said "I think this will help you stay sober." It showed me step by step how to identify, put in action and grow spiritual principles in every aspect of my life. It has done so much more than just keep me sober. Every day I reap the benefits of the Recovery Dynamics program in my interactions with God, my family and the world at large.
