My fiance has gone there. And I am absolutely disappointed in the lack of family involvement. There is no communication at all. I have got to speak with my fiance more when they were in jail. The lack of being able to communicate is not OK. I call leave message after message and get no answers. yes it's a beautiful place, yes staff there are mostly nice. I'm very dissatisfied in the way they shut the patients loved ones out and rarely do they get to talk to one another. And when they do it's very seldom, random, and rushed . For this alone I give them an absolute. -0 stars

Oasis still teaching their customers to blame others. Little or no help in psychiatric help. To get us in there, promised everything to get the customer in and the family is left with no help and no answers. The absolute best place to get fourth step work in and that was no where to be seen. And what was the thinking that there was no plan after 30 days? No recommend facility to follow the great meals and blame game? Excellent environment for repeat customers.

My first and only attempt at sobriety was amazing and effective thanks to the openess and kindness of the staff. I wasn't forced to get sober, I was taught how to see the root of my addiction so I could heal. I miss yall so much and I'm thankful yall had the patience to guide me.
