      image Expensive and it would be a lot better if the financing company would not be charging me double for a new phone screen and a phone screen protector. Barely over 400.00 bucks. Acima is wanting more than 1000.00 and it's a he said she said kind of thing that I don't have time for.

      We understand your concern and wish there were better options for financing but we’re also at the mercy of their terms as it all goes to them outside of the subtotal. Acima themselves may have a listing where you can also voice your concerns with them. As a small business we are exploring an in house financing option in the near future that would be much better terms. For now though Acima & AFF is our only option and we advise everyone to take advantage of early payoff to avoid those type of charges. They’ve also been know to work with our customers to get those payments down so I would try reaching out to Acima customer service.

      image Super fast service and the employee was very friendly helpful. They replaced the screen on my Galaxy S22 ultra with no appointment. It was a little expensive, but I'm thankful to have my phone working again.

      We appreciate your kind words about our fast and friendly service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're grateful for the opportunity to assist you. We also completely agree with you on cost as part cost for OEM Samsungs screens are high and make up the majority of the repair cost. And we have to keep a ton of parts on hand so it really adds up for us. There’s cheap aftermarket options but those screens can short out your phone and or cause a number of other issues so we stay away from those. In case it was missed at checkout we do offer insurance . For your 22U I believe it’s only $8mo and only a $49 deductible. Come back through and we’ll even comp your first month of coverage on us!

      image Cat spilled drink on my MacBook and I was looking to get the speakers replaced. Called on 2-18-24 and the guy was super nice and seemed very knowledgeable about MacBooks. Told me to bring my laptop in so they could look up parts. Brought it in the next day around 5pm. Guy said they dont make parts for my Mac bc its too old. Then told me he found some but it would be $299 for the speakers. I dont think this was the same man I talked to the day before. I left there thinking there was nothing I could do. Thankfully I called a place in north Little Rock, brought it in right after and they found me a part and said it all would cost only $130. If you have a MacBook, I would not go to CPR cellphone repair. Although they have great reviews online, this was definitely not my experience. I dont know if the man was new, unknowledgeable about macs, or just trying to severely up charge me. But I am so happy I took my business elsewhere and did not listen to CPRs suggestion.
