        Not a very good outfit. Inform me month after my tags were expired. Vehicles been brokedown for several months. Just informed me when trying to get updated insurance cards. That my insurance had canceled. An AUIC is no longer in the state of Arkansas which is not true and was never notified any other way

        Never open or close early. Would be nice to have a note on the door or post on their website. I switched companies because of it. I would be there around 10 or sometimes 2-2:30 and their closed. .

      We have no way to know when your tags on you car expire. We have no way of knowing when your car breaks down. AUIC did leave Arkansas, you would have been notified with a letter to the address we you provided to us. If you moved, again we would have no way of knowing that unless you told us. We go above and beyond for customers. The issues that you listed above are not services that our agency provides.
