Needing to deal with an insurance claim is not enjoyable for a customer, but Shelter Insurance with Matt McKinney in Harrison took care of us! Josie was a great help to us and did everything necessary to make it the best possible situation for us. She always answers our questions and represents us well to take care of our family's home and auto insurance needs. We highly recommend them!
