Not impressed!!
I never received a call back, after I called twice. Store said they did text me & called, but cell phone showed neither. I had to call a 3rd time, to get my business done. Then, was told would get ahold of me about delivery date, soon, like next day, and it has been 5 days now. Adds up to = not good customer service!
Then, Sleep number sends me an email to review them, I told them how I felt. Reply, "we're sorry but review won't b published, didn't meet requirements." Hmmmm.... so thanks Google for allowing me to review here!

I recently bought my second bed (3rd overall!) at this location, to have it shipped out of state, because of how well I was treated at this store. Both times I dealt with Kayla, the store manager. She is very professional, and I have always been treated by her with the utmost care and concern for my sleep issues and needs. I 100% recommend buying your sleep number here. Great experience both times!

I hate sleep number! The better half was interested so we stopped by. We decided to go with a standard mattress. We're getting to old to screw with a new fangled thing of a jig!
