      image The mattress had to be retrieved from the same site where it was delivered, yet they attempted to deliver the new and pick up the original piece of foam they sold as a FIRM (NOT!) mattress from an address different than where they left the original. Then, they
      had to take it an hour plus drive back to the warehouse for two nights before taking it five minutes from where they attempted delivery two days prior. NOT IMPRESSED with Mattress Firm. And I attempted contact BEFORE they arrived at the WRONG address!

      Hello Mrs Murdock sorry you didn't have a good experience exchanging your mattress with us. Unfortunately, when you came in to exchange your mattress, we were not aware you had moved since we delivered the original mattress a month ago. We were able to get you rescheduled for the next soonest delivery day with your new address if there's anything else we can do please give us a call.
