        Caution when renting from this PM company. They refuse to do any upkeep or maintenance on a property prior to moving in. I had to force them (after living in the property for over two weeks) to replace the carpet from the previous tenant as it smelled HORRIBLE. In addition, the woman at the front desk will develop an attitude with you at the smallest chance she has to do her job. Poorly run company with subpar customer service. Do better.

        we had planned on relocating to Arkansas and renting a property from elder management and things with my husbands job fell through so we were unable to move due to this. we had just signed the lease and paid the $750 deposit not even 2 weeks ago and now they wont refund me the deposit because we arent moving in. which our move in date wasnt until 04/06 because the property wasnt available sooner. they tell you nothing about the deposit being nonrefundable just the admin fee. I wish I had known this prior because I have never had this experience before.

First of all, we have no record of who you are or what residence you rented or if you were even a tenant. If you can provide additional details to us, please do.       We leased a unit to you and your boyfriend on February 27, 2024 for a move-in date of 4/6/2024. You sent a text message this morning 3/23/2024 saying that he lost his job and you would not be moving to Arkansas to take the unit because of that. We generously offered to release you from the lease, which by law, we did not have to do. Our reputation is important to us, and we have worked with you above and beyond by releasing you from the lease. We removed the unit from the market as a result of you signing the lease. It clearly states in the lease in Paragraph 1.23 Failure to Occupy that your deposit will be forfeited. We do not understand the 1 star review, which we do not feel is warranted.

      Carley, you just submitted a maintenance request on 12.28.23 for a minimal event on window sills. It is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow, 1.4.24. That's an acceptable response to your issue. There was nothing unprofessional about replying to your lease agreement sections when you sent them, and we did so in a timely manner. To protect your privacy, we will not share those details on this review. This review is unwarranted.
