Ive had a really positive experience with Legacy, especially as of lately. The management had some changes and since then theres been a huge shift in attentiveness to tenants. Dee, the Property Manager, has been incredibly helpful, efficient and kind. Shes dealt with any issues Ive had within 24 hours. Dale, the Maintenance Manager, has fixed multiple problems for me and its always been timely and seamless. I just signed my third year lease with them a few days ago and have nothing but positive things to say since the switch over of staff.

Dale is excellent with maintenance requests. He is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He came out to fix our heat even though it was late and snowing and icy.

The quintessential slum lord of NWA I implore you to look up Tim Brisiel's name on google and check out his other business and the lawsuits he has been in. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY There are no renters rights in Arkansas, so you could get caught in this trap like I have. DO NOT rent from Legacy Asset or do business with Tim Brisiel. He is running a skeleton crew with HUNDREDS of rental properties being mismanaged. The office does not answer their phone anymore, and isn't even open when I go up there during their posted hours. Buildings are rented until they fall apart. Had a leak in closet that they wouldn't take care of until it started eroding away from water damage. The sewage line underneath the house clogged and caused sewage to flood into the house. Many of the appliances in the house broke within the first week of being here. The fireplace is falling away from the wall and causing a huge heat loss in the house. We've also had squirrels in our house for months, and they've finally eaten their way through the living room ceiling.
