We absolutely LOVED working with Amber! She was so patient with answering ALL of questions. She kept constant communication with us about all the details during the process. We seriously could not have asked for a better lender. Amber Moser is honestly a miracle worker, in my opinion. I am a contract worker, self-employed, and my credit has "suffered" in the past few years. I had to refinance my home due to a legal obligation. Amber never skipped a beat when I first described my less-than-appealing circumstance to her. In fact, she responded with energy and positivity that gave me hope when things seemed bleak. She was so patient with us every time she needed documents, etc. She was incredibly responsive - all the time - by email, text, call, etc. We ended up with a great deal and within the timeframe I needed to get it done - actually much quicker! Whether you have a less-than-perfect circumstance or perfect credit - Amber should be your first choice for mortgage needs. She seriously makes it so easy and I'm beyond impressed.

Open mortgage is a fantastic lender. A business is only as good as its people and Amber Moser is amazing. Before meeting Amber, I dreaded the thought of going through the home loan process. Amber takes care of her client as if you are her best friend. She is prompt, responsive and very informed on the products available to the borrower. Most importantly she will break down your finances and show what you can afford for a home while keeping in mind that you have a life outside of a mortgage payment. Unlike some lenders and lending representatives, she will look at the investment your wanting to make and break down how your life will be impacted by those payments, will you have room for savings, travel and cushion? Though you make enough money to afford the house and pay your bills, you never want to be married to a debt and lose the ability to live your life. Amber is not pushy and she works in your financial guidelines regardless if you can afford more, which is why she gained my trust in one phone call. Her clients are priority and she has their best interest at heart. Amber answers every question in great detail and is willing to repeat herself with grace and patience even though she has explained that subject 10 times, if this is your first home you will appreciate her patience... I recommend Open Mortgage but most importantly I highly recommend working with Amber Moser.
