Zac Sudar: Conrad Home Loan Team

I normally don't leave reviews but my experience with Zac Sudar was more then I expected. This is my 2nd home that we bought. The 1st home we finnanced through hour bank by the end of that we felt like a number instead of a long time customer but with Zac Sudar we felt like a family member. He was in constant contact with us on our loan process and all the way to the closing table. I was given his cell number and I called different hours of the day even at night,he definitely was not a 9 to 5 only contact. He never not 1 time not call me back promptly if he could not pick up right at that moment. He also put me in contact with insurance agents to get me the best quotes . Even while his insurance contact was getting me quotes I called around myself and they did exactly what he said they would do and got me better quotes. I even looked at other options for home finnance through my credit union who usually have better interest rates I told Zac what they approved me for and the interest rate he said send me your pre-qualified letter and I will beat it and he did just that. He is in NWA and the day we closed our home on 4-5-2024 he drove a hour to be there. What other lender would do that. Our bank didn't even do it and we bought our 1st home in the same town we closed in where our bank was as well. I won't put my name behind someone or something I don't believe in. Zac Sudar and his company I will put my name behind I promise you will not regret it. All you will have to do after getting your pre-qualified letter from them is just start packing that's it... Zac Sudar you know where I live if you are ever in my neck of the woods come by and see me and thank you for helping me get my forever home and the assurance that all I had to do is pack. You definitely are a man of your word you said just trust me and i promise I will get you to your closing and you did just that... Thank you!!! Patricia Duvall

When I was in a situation where I needed to get into a home within 45 days, Zach and his team made that happen. I had absolutely no issues purchasing my first home and any questions I did have, Zach was there to answer them, day or night. I highly recommend this team and trust me, I only do a 5 star review when it's deserved. Thank you Zack and your team.

I was a first time home buy, young and completely clueless, Im so beyond grateful I found Zac. He was able to make my dream a reality and made buying a home feel like a piece of cake! He is very thorough and easy to understand while explaining complicated financial things. He was always available for questions or concerns. If youre thinking about buying a home Zac is your guy!
