        I'm sitting here in their waiting room, an Hour and 30 minutes PAST my appointment time, was told my vehicle was next 45 minutes ago (it wasnt) so don't expect them to be anywhere near their schedule; Firestone is more prompt and usually ready for the customers' set appointment time; not 3 vehicles- and 2 hours- behind schedule on a "slow day". I doubt I return.

        This is the second time I've had the oil changed and they stripped the oil cap and spilled oil on the engine and don't clean it up I'm not very happy with there service.

        Last Thursday I was in an emergency situation needing an alignment and a tire that was just hanging on by treads. The competitor where I originally purchased the tires were unable to get me in. I contacted Big O Tires through a recommendation and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Later I was able to leave with a new set of tires and an alignment. Thank you Josh, Trey and gang for the good work!!!!
