image I lived here for 3 years & regret every single month. The management staff cant hold any employee longer than 48 hours & the staff is is constantly changing, who a single person may show up once a week for an hour or so when least expected an unannounced. The property management raises the rent 5%+ plus on each individual lease annually no matter what. The maintenance staff is reluctant to do anything beneficial in regards to a solution regardless of issue. The entire complex is constantly under a state of renovation so they make the weekly internet outages, power outages, as well as shutting the water off regularly for maintenance when all issues extend longer than 24 hours & no matter the issue its just an apology issued by the management staff who isnt on site, when they offer no solution or any type of temporary resolution. This is the place for you if youd like to spend $2k a month on a package where the amenities are inclusive but not required, if you enjoy being a resident somewhere youre not a priority when your business is always required, or unless you enjoy living somewhere your business is taken advantage of as a customer, and parking is never a guarantee as a paying spot for a resident or the 3 visitor spots that residents park in, or if you like being taken advantage of & being promised things you arent ever given as a resident then this place is for you!

Hello Tyler! My name is Paige Aguilar, I am the Regional Property Manager for Specialized Real Estate Group. We will definitely admit we hit some hiccups when upgrading our wifi in 2023. That was not expected, and we do offer our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you experienced at that time. We have not heard of any outstanding issues with the wifi, so please let us know if we need to send a technician to your apartment.Additionally, we did not expect a main plumbing line to break yesterday. While we could not fix it right away, we did have a staff member present and had solutions offered to help remedy the water outage while the professional plumbers hired worked to find a permanent repair.Rent changes have to happen in order for us to run our business. Our costs for supplies, utilities, and taxes increase year over year. We are proud we only raise renewal rents 5% at a maximum. Most of our competitors cannot say the same.In regard to your staffing concerns, many of our team have been promoted to other positions or moved locations. I am one of the former managers of Eco! image After many months gone from this place, I'm finally posting my review. It's a great place and I'd move back here if I moved to Fayetteville again. I lived here from Dec 2020 to Feb 2022. Maintenance requests are completed within a few hours a lot of the time, management is responsive and friendly, and there is decent noise insulation from the other units. It's in a great area, having a grocery store nearby, downtown and Dickson street and campus being within walking distance. The only thing that bugged me is the ventilation. If someone below me was cooking (or smoking), I could smell it every time. But that's nothing compared to how amazing this place is. What they don't advertise well is that utilities are included in the rent. It's $40/month on top of the listed price, but that includes everything, including internet and electric and gas.
