        I have been a resident at the Reserve for over two years now. I have seen several admin. members come and go over this period. We are now fortunate to have Jacob Tidwell at the helm. I am so impressed with Jacob in so many ways. He has a very calm personalty even in a cricis. He is articulate, calculating and very adept at multi tasking. Since he has taken over as our Property Manager he has addressed several big issues that had been affecting the property for years. He made phone calls and kept pushing until he found a soultion. He is extremely reliable and has a sincere appreciation for the property and all of its residents.

        I have lived at the Reserve at Steele Crossing for 13 years. And for the last 2 1/2 years I have been making plans to relocate. However, I have decided to renew my lease after experiencing several weeks with the new manager. I have found him to be very personable, kind, and very professional.
