Dr. Morerro was absolutely wonderful! My 1 yr old needed tubes and of course Children's Hospital is what comes to mind. Then I found out that Dr. Morerro sees children as well. Not only did they get us in way faster than Children's but they were excellent! They made sure to give us the earliest appointment to get the tubes. This way my child wouldn't have to sit and wait all day being NPO for so long unlike Children's Hospital. Every follow up visit was in and out. Dr. Morrero is excellent with children and I would recommend him to anyone that has a child needing tubes!! Absolutely wonderful experience!

Omg.. Never again. This Dr Morrerro was more concerned with my Fiancs smoking and Our plan of actions. He told my fiance that he needed therapy and it was ok to ask for help. We were there for his bloody nose. I however, recommend Collie Shaw. I used Dr Shaw in the past and he was wonderful.

Dr. Marrero was outstanding with my 3 year old who had a huge object in his nose that even his pediatrician couldnt get out. He saved us a trip to childrens or an urgent care for a none urgent or emergency situation. He showed my son all of the tools he would be using and made him feel so safe and comfortable. He worked very quickly and even squeezed us in during this crazy holiday season. I couldnt recommend him enough! 5 stars!

I was advised to see an ENT by both my neurosurgeon and my optometrist. Since Im already in the Conway Regional system I chose Central AR ENT and was scheduled with Dr. Marrero. Worst experience Ive ever had with an MD. He was condescending, rude, and dismissive. I am a highly educated middle aged adult, not an ignorant child nor a hypochondriac, yet he treated me as such. I needed to be seen for pain when swallowing and a 6wk bout of vertigo. Preface it to say, I know what vertigo is; I have had short periods of vertigo (5-6hrs) on and off for decades, but when it lasted 6 wks my other doctors advised me to get it checked out. Dr. Marrero told me I did not have vertigo. He told me to describe my symptoms and one by one told me they were not ENT related and that I needed to see an optometrist. When I told him I had just seen one 4 wks prior, he said so they just punted you to me, great. Told me to go back to my neurosurgeon and tell them sending me to him was a waste of everyones time. He berated me the entirety of the visit. Asked me ad nauseum what my symptoms were only to tell me, repeatedly, that I need to learn how to be descriptive. Told me saying youre dizzy is like telling me your car is parked in Montana, it doesnt help me. But made no attempts to help me be as descriptive as hed like. I used many descriptive terms to describe my symptoms, many of which Id discussed with other doctors, but not one of them was adequate for him. He conducted a short exam and then told me nothing was wrong with me even though it hurts to swallow, I had 6wks of vertigo, and had developed tinnitus out of the blue. He gave me no real advise nor instruction, but did ask me how I got an appointment with him. Then rambles on about how most of the patients that are scheduled with him merely waste his time and have no real reason why they should be there. He then told me I needed to tell my PCP that there is nothing wrong my ears, nose or throat, and that they needed to figure it out. Literally from the moment he walked in the door he acted as though he did not want to be there and that I was wasting his time. I have never felt more dismissed and disregarded by a doctor in my life. I would shove hot crochet needles in my ears before I would see this jackhole again. I am gobsmacked that he still has a job.

What the heck is going on here? Why is this man still employed at this clinic? Do you administrators read these reviews? If so, why are you accepting this mans performance? Do you think we are dirty peasants that dont deserve quality care like the man you hired thinks? Just like other reviews, he literally gave me two handouts to read and when he came back, he asked me what I thought was wrong. He kept saying we (Drs) deal in facts, not fantasies. He chastised me for not seeking help earlier. Not knowing, or taking the time to find out what I had already done. After he found out I was previously a firefighter, he asked me what I would think of a homeowner who called the FD for a house fire who said they smelled smoke for weeks? In other words, Im stupid. The worst part is I paid 250.00 for this experience and left with a medication I could buy at Walmart. One last tidbit. When paying my bill, I told the lady at the desk that I didnt know how to take this guy, that he was so rude, arrogant and accusatory that I almost walked out. She replied with that does not surprise me while taking my money. Come on administrators, is this who you want helping your customers and fellow Arkansans? My prediction is that he will treat the wrong person this same way and then there will be a situation you should have never had to deal with because if this mans behavior. PLEASE CALL ME, I was there yesterday (2-8-24) and I will GLADLY stop whatever I am doing to share with you my experience with this man. If you dont genuinely care, dont waste my time. This is so sad.
