We have been seeing Dr. Marrero for close to a year due to my daughter having reoccurring ear infections and he has been incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shaw was lovely! Very polite, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything before he did it. The parking is annoying but thats Conway Regional for you.

We saw Dr Ralf Marrero, what a horrible experience for my daughter who has communication problems. This guy's would cut her off as she tried to explain her symptoms. Very uncompassionate. He kept using metaphors that were plain crazy (he kept saying, it's like a murder mystery). He spoke fast and was very impatient. She tried to tell him her symptoms but he would just almost yell "No! Wrong!, Do you understand what that word means? When l realized he was nuts, I just agreed with him so we could leave as soon as possible.

I have seen Dr Shaw three times and I can say without a doubt, everyone I have had contact with treated me with Kindness and respect!! I know it's strange in today's world but these people really care!!!
