It'd be a lot better if they didn't make a sandwich from 15ft away from the box. Literally just threw the ingredients into the cardboard box a sent it off.

Literally the worst customer service in town. I went back weeks later due to working late. Got food for the family. Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a fish filet. Drove back to correct my order, all I asked was for them to hook me up with a refreshed order of fries. Girl working counter says: "I can tell you've already been eating them" yeah, of course! And I would've kept eating them if my sandwich was made right. Sorry for potentially taking the mass produced deep fried fries out of your hard earned profits...

I thought fast food places are supposed to be convenient and it never is at this location. Every single time without fail we are sent forward or to a numbered spot to wait(sometimes 10-15 minutes or longer) for our food. I know they have timers to get people through the line but whatever youre doing is clearly not working. Almost every time there is something wrong with our order, either not the way we ordered or missing items entirely. I cant count the number of times we were told theres a wait on the fries and when we get them they are cold. Its a shame that this is one of the few places to get fast food in town.

Took 40 minutes to get our breakfast inside. They kept making for for delivery drivers. Two drivers returned for second pick up and we still had not gotten our breakfast.

Incredibly slow today. 30 minutes waiting for food.
