We arrived about 1:45 P.M., I went in and ordered 1 med. vanilla & one strawberry, had to repeat myself, twice. 3 people at the register, Wyatt took my order, but he was pretty occupied helping the two girls with their register problem, all of them punching buttons. He
took over the register it was working, I gave him $20.00 bill, they didn't have enough change, so waited and waited on that, then waited some more for shakes, then he made one a chocolate shake, had to redo it, shakes were so runny like flavored milk just about. One girl left, Wyatt standing there for 5 or so minutes doing nothing. Until someone told him to make my shakes, one girl left, the other doing absolutely in front of the counter instead of behind, for what reason who knows.
You have so much help, and not much getting done. It took me at least 20 minutes to get two shakes, which takes about 3 minutes at the most to make. You need an adult manager to run your counter properly.
I also think.$8.00 is dang expensive for 2 cups of runny ice cream. The prices you charge a person should at least get good peoduct. Won't be going there again.
The girls had no name on their uniform, or I would have stated that too.

Untrained help in lobby.
Evening mgr having a "moment" standing where she could be seen, yet not concerned about it, or asking if she could help me.
It was clear that I was having trouble, and yet, neither she, nor the kid in the lobby took the time to make themselves available.
Mgr dropped F bomb then tells me have a blessed night after placing sub par food on the counter, without the opportunity for me to look at the order, or ask for anything.

14 min. To receive food,and it was cold .sent fries back,went ahead ate big Mac because I'm diabetic and needed food. No pop refill station any more, have to wait in line while then run orders out for drie thru. Have meat patties gotten smaller or have I gotten taller? Forgot to mention we were only dine in for first 10 min
