Trying to overcharge me after I requested that they discontinue services. Customer Service rep refused said I would continue to be billed until I paid ridiculous amount of money they wanted. Theyve sent it to collections. Cant talk to a real person there. Sent someone to collect equipment 2 months after I personally returned it to one of their locations.

Optimum is THE WORST!!! Their customer service really sucks and their phone technicians are really stupid. They are telemarketers reading from a script. Unplug the modem for 5 seconds and plug back in!!?? I could work for Optimum, but I'm not stupid enough for them to hire me. I've had the same problem for over a year and like a fool I continue to pay my bill!! No more!!

Have had this internet for 2 months and I lose signal everyday. EVERYDAY u do not recommend this service at all. If I could give negative stars I would.

Everything is terrible Update: I haven't had my equipment connected in 4 months, but every time I called to cancel I was begged and forced to keep my service. I finally got it disconnected today after a 1 hour phone call and now they're making me pay them $100 for service I never used. There is a reason for all the one star reviews.

Their landline phone service and Internet is Terrible beyond words! My recommendation would be to go somewhere else. However their cell phone service Actually works very well. I fail to understand how one service makes you want to go somewhere else and the other is almost perfect, but in this instance that is the case
