The absolute worst customer service ever!!!! I was even lied to by a supervisor that the work requested was completed. Six days in from my original appointment and still no internet and 3 technicians have been to my property. Update as of 11/18/22- after 3 months with no response from anyone at optimum I finally decided to visit the office location near me. Had to get the supervisor over the installation group who by the way never received my work order to help me. My internet has been installed on 11/9/22 with my internet cable running across the ground and over my driveway, nothing has been buried yet nor has anyone called to set up an appointment. I'm back at the local office to discuss why I am being charged for internet service since Aug even though my internet service was just activated last week. Again the absolute worst customer service ever. I cannot wait to have other options for service in my area.

Do not sign up with this crook company!!!! I honestly miss Suddenlink and I thought Id never say that!!! Ive had NOTHING but problems with my service and billing since this company took over!!! Took extra money from me, blamed me?????, and now REFUSE to give my money back and making it very difficult to figure out what the heck is going on because the only way you can contact them is if you text them! Dont even try to call! Thats impossible!! Wish I could do zero stars. Worst customer service who will comment and say to message them that they will help, but they do the exact opposite. Do not waste your money or time with this company. Please listen to the reviews.

Absolute worst customer service, and inability to act. I called them to let them know, that one of their cables was hanging too low across a street, making it impossible for trash trucks to navigate under it, causing the residents of that street to not receive trash service. I tried to give the agent the address, closest to the utility pole, but since I didnt live there, they would not come out. The agent just seemed to be reading from a script, and could not think for themselves. Complete incompetence!
