        We had a plumbing emergency at 10pm on a Friday night. Called Affordable Rooter service and they set us up with a weekend appointment. Dustin was very professional, got the problem fixed within an hour, and the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely be contacting them with any future needs!

        Had an issue with my kitchen sink after being fixed. I thought it was manifesting into my washroom and bathroom. However, when the technician looked at both issues, he determined that it was not pertaining to the kitchen sink. The technician reached out to his management team and determined that it was a different problem, so that I still was charged. Not quite satisfied because I felt the issue stemmed from when they originally came out to look at my kitchen sink and fixed it a month or two ago. Technician did a good job of explaining everything.

        We needed a rooter service to clear whatever was causing our plumbing to back up. Nick Tanner came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He explained to me what was wrong and educated me on what to do going forward. The price was great. Excellent service. Thank you!

        Very rude. Only made it to scheduling an appointment which is canceled due to your rude scheduler. The scheduler text me a same day appointment time that was afterhours they charge extra for those. this isn't urgent and idk the issue to get an estimate so ill wait for business hours. After getting no response about this I call back to reschedule for business hours and was advised scheduler would text me new time during business hours. Same number text back offering appointment for next day at the same time I advised again I need one during business hours. The respond "Thursday 8-12 or 12-4" I say 9am works. And get a rude message back that the times are PM Cleary not specified in the message also not during hours I asked for. So I ask for 12 pm and received "The appointment is 8-12p" again not what I asked for. The ladies who answered my calls were polite and helpful as they could be so why is the person scheduling be rude and ignoring a simple request. Also it would be 8pm-12am, 12pm is mid day not night. If there was a misunderstanding that's on your part why are you being rude to me.
