        2024 update still to this date my recalls are not repaired and service will not work with me on getting it done. Just as the work we as customers have jobs to Techs will use wrong weight of oil other than what vehicle calls for and they will not do recall repairs on weekends(that's just not when they do them) but you have to drop your vehicle off during the week and leave it no loner available. overall I am looking for another ford dealership that is more customer oriented

        No one wanted to answer a question about a job on the phone so they just kept transferring me to other people. Was transferred 4 times and they would barely let me talk before they just stopped answering my calls at all. I am certified by a college and the state of Arkansas to work on cars but they didnt even care to ask
